Dr. Gionta is a clinical psychologist, executive coach and organizational consultant with a diverse professional background in business, psychology, coaching and health. She specializes in leadership and team development, stress management, self-care, and organizational health. Dr. Gionta works with high potential managers, senior executives and teams in small to larger Fortune 500 in various industries. In her life coaching and psychology practice, she works with individuals on areas related to health, boundaries, relationships, career challenges, self-care, and life transitions.Dr. Gionta’s professional experience has encompassed a number of diverse assignments, including Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for a global organizational development and coaching firm.
