Paul Goldstein is an Attorney Of Counsel in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and is the Director of the firm’s Immigration Law Department. Paul focuses his practice on the complex immigration and naturalization laws of the United States. He represents individuals and businesses with nationality law issues and immigration matters including Green Cards/ Adjustment of Status, Naturalization and Citizenship, Deportation defense and relief from removal, Employment-related visas, I-9 employment verification and eligibility, Asylum in the USA, Criminal matters affecting Immigration status and E-1/E-2 Treaty Trader/ Treaty Investor Visas.Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked as a solo practitioner and Managing Partner of a boutique law firm devoted exclusively to helping people immigrate to the U.S. He is a committed member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Florida State Bar.Paul obtained his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 1978. He earned his Juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1983. Paul is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
